Fidelity Token is a mobile application designed for second-factor authentication, catering to Fidelity Online Banking users by enabling secure transactions through iOS devices, eliminating the necessity of a hardware token.

• Transaction Verification: Secure your online transactions by validating activities like fund transfers, bill payments, and airtime recharges directly on the mobile application. Verify the details and enter your secure One Time Passcode (OTP) to finalize the transaction.
• Activation Process: To activate Fidelity Token, log in to the app using your Fidelity Online Banking credentials. Upon login, the app will authenticate your mobile phone and prompt you to answer one of your secret questions for added security.
• User-Friendly Interface and Swift Transactions: Fidelity Token is tailored for easy transaction management. Enter your PIN, and instantly receive the one-time password required to complete your transactions. For users of the Fidelity Online Banking app, copying and pasting the eight-digit token response is a seamless process.
• Information and Support: Initial activation of your token incurs a one-time fee of N1,500 plus 5% VAT in compliance with the directives of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
